Question 1

Which plan should I pick?

Accepted Answer

The 7-day pass is for a single project: it unlocks Pro for a week and then simply ends, with nothing to cancel. Pro yearly suits regular use and renews once a year until you cancel. Pro lifetime is a single payment that never expires, and costs about two years of the yearly plan.

Question 2

What can I do without paying?

Accepted Answer

Everything except three kinds of downloads. Every tool works on any file, and you see the result before deciding. Files up to 200 MB download free. Larger files and whole batches as a ZIP need Pro; in a batch, the first file downloads free. Videos merged from up to 5 clips download free.

Question 3

Does the 7-day pass renew?

Accepted Answer

No. It's a one-time payment. The license key stops working after 7 days and you're never charged again.

Question 4

Can I use the results commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan, including the free one. The files are yours: Video Ready adds no watermark and claims no rights to anything you make with it.

Question 5

How do I get my license key?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, Polar (our payment provider) emails your license key. Paste it on this page to turn on Pro. You can also find it in the Polar customer portal, where yearly subscribers can cancel too.

Question 6

Can I use Pro on more than one device?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter the same license key in each browser you use.

Question 7

Are my files uploaded with Pro?

Accepted Answer

No. Pro works exactly like the free tools: every file is processed in your browser and never leaves your device. Only the license key is checked online.

Question 8

How does batch processing work?

Accepted Answer

Drop several files onto any tool at once. They're all processed with the same settings, one after another. Download each result on its own, or all of them as a single ZIP file with Pro.

Question 9

What if it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

Email support@videosready.com and we'll sort it out or refund you.
